Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for choosing Freedom Research. Because our products are sensitive, temperature-dependent research chemicals, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our inventory.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and the potential for contamination or degradation, we do not accept returns on any peptides or research compounds. Once a product has left our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee its stability or purity; therefore, we cannot restock or resell it.

2. Refunds and Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our compounds. We will issue a replacement or refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives with broken vials or compromised seals, please take a clear photograph of the damaged items and the packaging immediately.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.
  • Proven Quality Issue: If a product does not meet the purity standards stated in our COA (Certificate of Analysis), we will provide a replacement or refund upon review of your third-party testing data.

3. Claims Process

To file a claim for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us at support@freedomresearch.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  3. Our quality control team will review the request within 48 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Freedom Research is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) to file a claim. We highly recommend using a secure delivery location.
  • Seized Packages: For international orders, Freedom Research is not responsible for packages seized by customs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know local laws regarding research chemicals.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before the package has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.

6. Disclaimer

All products sold by Freedom Research are for Laboratory Research Use Only. They are not for human consumption, nor are they intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. Misuse of products voids all eligibility for refunds or support.
