3. Pricing and Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via PayPal, Venmo, cash app, transfer
  • Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Processing: Orders are generally fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
  • Carrier: We ship using third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS).
  • Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

5. No Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the laboratory nature of our products and the necessity of maintaining a sterile supply chain:

  • All Sales are Final: We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has shipped.
  • Damages: If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us at support@freedomresearch.com within 72 hours of delivery with photo documentation for a replacement.
  • Purity Guarantee: If a compound fails to meet the advertised purity (verified by independent lab results), we will issue a full refund or replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • Liability: In no event shall Freedom Research Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Research Labs and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your handling of research materials.
